The Government of Canada has controlled direct program spending through targeted savings actions and broad-based reviews since 2010. Sheil Communications worked with several clients to prepare executives for the organizational change announcements in their departments and directorates. This included preparing tailored toolkits, scripts, speeches, presentations, and other materials, while offering advice, coaching and other guidance. For organizational changes impacting external services, Sheil Communications also developed extensive public and stakeholder engagement strategies, with appropriate supporting communications materials.
